The Role:
Drive long and short-term sales/profitability in the related Markets
Set agreed sales targets for the sales team and drive for achievement
Cooperate with Peers in German/European Market
Control sales and marketing related costs
Establish and maintain key account customer relationships
Manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
Manage and negotiate key project quotations within Corporate guidelines
Prepare budgets and assist monthly and quarterly forecasts and reports
Lead and motivate a team of Technical and Commercial Internal Sales staff.
Develop Sales Organisation (Sales Talents) according to Market requirements
Proactive presence across the sales region with customers and with sales team.
The Successful Candidate:
Education:
University degree (preferably Electrical Engineering)
Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior sales position.
• A proven track record of managing a profit & loss account, developing new business and enhancing margin on existing business
• Managing a team of sales professionals and distributors. Building and maintaining Key Account relationships at senior level developing and executing strategic sales plans and targeted account objectives
• Experience in managing, negotiating and closing project based quotations.
• Preferably with a sound technical and operations knowledge of process control and automation, and exposure to key customer industries including Oil&Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Beverage, Power generation/distribution, Water, Waste, etc.
