The Role:
Work with Global Strategic Accounts Organization to develop structured Account programs for business in West Africa with International Oil Companies (IOCs) that work with West Africa National Oil Companies (NOCs) to dramatically increase business. IOCs operating in West Africa are ExxonMobil, Chevron, BP, Shell and Total
• Establish and develop high level strong relationships with key leaders Accounts operating in West Africa and the NOC Organizations in Country.
• Develop and manage the execution of multi faceted comprehensive account plans covering all major business units at site level and ensure alignment with corporate plans
• Ensure Division plans and key initiatives are consistent with account plans and are implemented in a timely professional manner
• Understand all aspects of the IOCs and NOCs business, market needs and competitive environment
• Develop a true business partnership with both the IOCs and their subsidiaries and JV’s established in West Africa.
• Provide direction to Local Business Partners to maximize value out of these Accounts.
The Successful Candidate:
• Degree in Engineering Discipline or equivalent
• Ten years industry experience; must include experience with Hydrocarbon End Users and preferably knowledge of West Africa
• Strong team leadership and people management skills
• Proven ability to work in a Cross-divisional role
• Proven background in proactive selling
• Industry knowledge – Oil & Gas production, processing and treating
• Strong business skills & commercial awareness
• Ability to communicate the business-based value of automation and implementation methodologies
