The Role:
Working with the Sales team to represent the company in South East, identify and secure new business and ensure client retention leading to sustained new company business and growth.
Responsible for maintaining and growing sales of their Process Instrumentation products to both existing and new customers. Responsible for managing the sales team

• Responsible for sales and marketing targets
• Selling a wide range of instrumentation and process control equipment
The Successful Candidate:
• Extensive experience in the Process Control and Instrumentation market sectors
• Experience in managing a sales team
Educated to degree level or equivalent, we are looking for a highly motivated and disciplined individual with a proven track record of successful account management. Real passion and commitment are needed for this challenging role.
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Senior sales experience with an excellent track record of account management / development
• A good understanding of the industry sector / market, its drivers, challenges, and likely future trends.
• Strong inter-personal, communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage resources, activities and time effectively.
