The Role:
The main tasks of this position are to work with the existing regional team to:
-Pro-actively develop and grow construction materials and environmental instrumentation testing business throughout the Middle Eastern region
-Focus on offering a strong value sales proposition in order to gain considerable market share
-Identify business that cannot be obtained on a direct basis and to be responsible for increasing active channel management
-Implement a dynamic and systematic approach to target end-user sales activity, coordinating with other team members to identify and service customer needs
-To further implement value selling and other Business System growth tools into the assigned region
The Successful Candidate:
Specific Responsibilities:
-To actively participate in creating and developing end-user relationships through a pro-active sales process, incorporating lead generation, key product promotion, face-to-face sales and telesales activities
-To efficiently close sales to achieve sales targets
-To enhance sales opportunities with end-users by understanding their purchasing process
The Benefits
Extensive and proven successful sales track record, gained in Saudi and the UAE (ideally in GCC countries)
Minimum 5 -10 years sales experience
Sound understanding of the markets within the region, of cultural nuance and sensitivity, and of the region itself
Proven track record of developing distributor networks in the region, and in expanding business through channel development as well as direct end-user sales
Experience and knowledge of export sales and customer service, including Inco terms and export documentation
Ability to negotiate to preferred financial and commercial terms, understanding & ensuring sales revenue and margins are met, and to achieve payment terms
Proven aptitude for working in engineered products or related field, selling technically based products to qualified technicians and engineers
Ability to understand product applications for International’s key products
Ability to make sound customer related decisions and respond quickly to customer needs
