The Emerson Chase Group was founded in 1998 by Managing Director Brad Austin.

Brad is widely known across the Process controls and instrumentation industry as the leading headhunter, particularly in senior sales and marketing positions. His proactive approach to external recruitment has helped Brad form strong working partnerships with the industries leading manufacturers and led to Emerson Chase having a enviable name within the industry.

In his 18 year headhunting career Brad has completed assignments for almost every major worldwide manufacturer including Emerson, Honeywell, Invensys IPS, Rockwell, Vega, Wika, GE Fanuc, GE Sensing Infrastructures, Eurotherm, ABB, Cooper Crouse Hinds and Detector Electronics to name a few. Together with his team of recruiters he has successfully recruited not only throughout the UK and Eire but also Europe and the Middle East.

Emerson Chase has a team of industry-qualified consultants who understand their clients’ needs perfectly and are able to approach and professionally recruit the best candidates. Emerson Chase Process Engineering Middle East is headed by Joel Smith, Managing Director. Joel has worked for Emerson Chase for 5 years and has recently been promoted to Managing Director of the Middle East division. Having placed with many of the leading manufacturers in the region including ABB and Dresser, he is developing the presence of Emerson Chase throughout the GCC. His local knowledge of the market place and also laws and legislations relating to employment means Joel can work to a clients requirements very closely and accurately. .
